Mini Lockout Center Board. Attach on or near circuit breaker box. This miniature version of the center board is constructed of 3/16" thick plastic measuring 8"h x 6 1/4"w x 2 3/4"d. The inside pocket dimensions are 2 1/2"h x 6 1/8"w x 2 1/2"d to hold small lockout devices. Choose board only or board with kit. Kit includes: 1 Steel Padlock, 3/4" shackle. 5 Laminated Plastic Tags – Locked Out Do Not Operate. 5 Plastic Ties. 1 Single–Pole Circuit Breaker Lockout. 2 Double–Pole Circuit Breaker Lockouts
