Returns: Spill 911 Inc. (doing business as “Spill911.com”) will issue credit for returned goods within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. It is the policy of Spill911.com that you must request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to returning any order. Please see the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) section below. Once you receive the authorization for the return, please follow the instructions and ship the product to the warehouse indicated on your paperwork. You must include a copy of the RGA with the shipment and write the RGA number on the outside of the box. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of our receipt of your returned goods; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). All returns are subject to a maximum 10% restockage fee. Special Orders: Any part that has been special ordered from the manufacturer will not be eligible for return.

Condition Policy for Returned Goods: Any part you have been given authorization for return and is within 30 days of purchase; must be in its original box. The product must be new and in salable condition and cannot be returned if the part was installed, or modified. Credit will not be issued if the part has been determined to have been installed, misused or in unsalable condition. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense. All returns are subject to a maximum 10% restockage fee. RGA (Return Goods Authorization): A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must accompany all returns and exchanges before they will be accepted in our warehouse and the RGA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. RGA's are valid for a period of 21 days from the date of authorization. Merchandise returned without an RGA or with an expired RGA may be refused.
