Ladder Lockout Cover Wrap with Lockout Padlock

Wraps identify ladders that are out of service or defective. The cover wraps around the rung of the ladder and is secured with a padlock (one 3" shackle made in the USA lockout padlock included). Cover features a 1/2" ID metal grommet. Made in the USA from heavy-duty canvas.
