Domed lid is secured to unit with plastic coated steel cable to prevent theft and vandalism. Steel retainer bands hold liner bags in place. Pre-drilled mounting holes in back of unit allow for mounting to poles, walls or fences. Pre-drilled 1" holes in bottom of unit allow for in-ground mounting with the anchor kit included!
