-Clamp Collar secures Drum Cone to drum
-Fits 17-3/8" (44.1 cm) drum rim outside diameter
-IMPORTANT: Remove drum lid. Then measure drum top rim outside diameter WITHOUT lid.
-Tighten Clamp Collar around top rim of drum with Cone in place
-Tighten Clamp Collar by turning knob on end of threaded rod
-On inside of Clamp Collar, sections of rod retain Cone, and sections of angle engage under top rim of drum
