Top Off Chopper

The top–off is Wizard�s most economical deheader. The ratchet–style handle provides for better leverage on the drum and is specifically designed to dehead 5 drums a week. Can remove tops and bottoms of all 30–55 gallon drums. Inside chime cut is appropriate for nearly all industrial applications.
